The music contained on this CD is an eclectic blend of traditional musical instruments that produces a rather unique sound I call Country Church Style.  Let me explain.  Years ago when I attended churches in the country, there was always a familiar scene, before each church service started: the talented musicians consulted among themselves as to which instruments there were to play and who could play them. Once that was all decided, it seemed that there was always someone who played piano, another guitar, a third play banjo or mandolin, and finally someone play bass fiddle or bass guitar—and on rare occasions—someone who played dobro!  Finally, after the band tuned up and began to play under a special anointing of God, you could just feel the Spirit of God coming out of the music, and gently, as well as peacefully, entering the hearts and minds of the listeners.  What a tender, loving feeling of fellowship that flowed between us and God and everyone else that was in the church building!  It was always a completely soul satisfying experience for me!  So with that in mind, I want you to know that I have done my best to perform this music in the same style for the honor and glory of our Eternal God and His Most Precious Son, Jesus Christ, our Lord.  It is my sincere desire that you be blessed as you listen and feel His presence come from each instrumental.  With great pleasure I humbly present these original works to you and your loved ones.  May God richly bless you as you listen and commune with Him!

By the way, I still attend and play this music style in one of those wonderful country churches for God’s glory!  Not unto us, but unto Him be the honor and glory, through Jesus Christ, forever!
